BODY SIGNAL RETURN POLICY

Requirements for a valid return

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it as long as your item meets the following criteria:
o It is within THREE (3) days from the delivery date.
o The item is in NEW condition.
o The item is in its ORIGINAL packaging, with all accessories intact If the item came with a free promotional item, the free item must also be returned.
o It is not part of the list of exceptions (see below).
o It is accompanied by a completed RETURN FORM.

Note: All returned items not accompanied by a completed paper copy of our return form will be automatically declined and sent back.

HOW TO RETURN

• Contact Body Signal Customer Service team by calling 0706 322 7007 or by emailing sales@bodysignal.shop to arrange a Body Signal pick-up. Please state your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, the reason (see below) and your preference in regards to replacement, voucher refund or bank refund. In case of refund, thanks for indicating your full bank details.
• Body Signal will arrange for retrieval or, in case we do not serve your area directly, we will give you the necessary details to send the item back to us with our logistic partner DHL. Your DHL shipping cost will be reimbursed in case your return is valid.
• Upon arrival in our warehouse, we will conduct a quality check of the item. If a return is invalid, we will notify you and send the items back to you.
• After this check, we will proceed with the refund.

Note that we cannot accept returns for defective items after 3 days since delivery.
Reasons for returns
When selecting the reason for return on the Return Form, please be guided by the following table:

Reason Description
Mixed up order Item delivered wasn’t what was ordered.
Defect Item is damaged or spilled over upon delivery.
Other Other reasons (please explain)

 

REFUNDS

The refund will be processed after we have completed evaluating your return. In order to make the process as fast as possible, we will refund you via a voucher that can be used only on Body Signal. This voucher is valid for one year. Should you wish for another refund method, please indicate it on the return form including all your bank details.

Return Policy
When you buy from us, our desire is to give you the utmost satisfaction. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods, a return can be made by crediting your account. The return could either be,
• On delivery: That is, you fill a return form which the dispatcher will make available and give the item(s) back to the dispatcher immediately
• Items can also be returned by you, however this must be within three (3) days upon delivery.
• You can also arrange for us to come pick up the item(s) at a fee within (3) days upon delivery.
Items must however still be intact.
Tags and labels must still be in place, item must not be torn or mishandled.
